You will receive a phone call to confirm registration. At this time, please provide a valid credit card number, which we will keep securely on file for all future orders.

You will receive a welcome email followed by a courtesy reminder email that notifies you of your Pick-Up/Delivery Day. When you are ready for a pick-up, simply reply to our email and put all of your items for cleaning in a disposable bag.

​

Leave the bag outside your front door by 8:30am and we will come and pick it up!

​

Your order will be returned with a personalized, reusable dry cleaning bag (to be used for all future orders) on the next Pick-Up/Delivery Day.
